I was disappointed. It feels stiff right away and has this scratchy texture that makes it uncomfortable to use for more than a few minutes. Definitely not something I’d call cozy or comfy.

The site looked good from what I remember, and browsing was fine at first. That said, I mostly remember getting annoyed because the pages were slow, the filters kept going back to default, and checkout froze on me twice. Maybe there were some nice parts I’m forgetting, but the checkout experience definitely stuck with me

I ordered from John Elliott and the items were totally fine when they arrived. The only issue was the shipping took longer than I thought it would, so it was a little annoying waiting around. Not a huge problem, but because it was slower than expected, the overall experience felt less smooth...

I ordered from johnelliott.com because I really thought the quality was going to justify the price, but now I regret it. The pieces looked great online, and I convinced myself it would be worth the splurge, but once they showed up, they felt a lot more basic than I expected for what I paid.

Maybe the style works for other people, but for me the value just wasn’t there. I’ve bought similar clothes for way less that looked and held up just as well, if not better. Looking back, I wish I had saved my money, and I probably wouldn’t order again.

I kind of had a feeling the fabric might be rough, and yep, that’s exactly how it felt when I got it. It’s not very soft or comfortable, and it confirmed what I was already worried about.

I tried ordering a hoodie and two t-shirts, and they all looked available while I was browsing. Then once I got to checkout, each one suddenly showed as out of stock. I signed up for restock emails too, but never got anything. It’s frustrating because half the site looks like you can actually buy it, but you can’t. And when you try to get help, it feels like nobody really takes ownership of the issue.

I reached out expecting at least some kind of response, but no one ever got back to me. Maybe it’s a snap judgment, but based on this experience, their customer service feels useless.

I liked it at first, but after just a few wears it already started pilling and the seams felt like they were coming loose. If it were a cheaper item, I probably wouldn’t be as bothered, but for the price I expected it to last a lot longer.

At first glance, it does look cool, but after a bit, the design starts to feel kind of boring (at least to me). I just wish it had a little more personality or detail.

I ordered one hoodie in a Large, and somehow they sent me a different size than what was clearly on my confirmation. I don’t get how that happens, but it feels like these online clothing orders always find a way to mess up the simplest thing.

I emailed them and it took longer than it should have, then I had to go through the whole return process for a mistake I didn’t even make. For the price, it was just annoying, and I probably won’t order from them again.
